CEADA operates through four main programs: Afroglobal Academic Network, Multilingual Afro-Communities, Afro-Diasporic Connection, and Wraparound Services for Afro-descendant migrant communities. Each program is designed to address different aspects of advancement and support, creating a supportive and empowering environment for Afro-descendant individuals and communities, fostering growth, development, and a sense of global interconnectedness.

This program seeks to promote and facilitate the local and international academic mobility of Afro-descendant students, professors and researchers, strengthening educational and professional capacities through the exchange of knowledge and experiences. This initiative seeks to contribute to the sustainable development of Afro-descendant communities on the continent and in the diaspora, fostering a global network of collaboration and mutual support.
This program promotes awareness, knowledge, and collaboration among Spanish-speaking Afro-diasporic communities. It facilitates access to information and fosters a sense of identity and belonging. The program includes three main initiatives: strengthening organizations for the advancement of Afro-descendant peoples, the African and African Diaspora Studies Lecture Series and the Afro-Diasporic Documentation and Study Centers.
This program promotes the social, economic, and cultural integration of Afro-descendant migrant communities in the United States, providing access to essential health services, education, legal support, quality food, and mental health. and emotional, in order to improve their quality of life and ensure their comprehensive well-being.
An open and permanent space uniting experts from various fields to discuss critical topics from an African-centered, Pan-African, and anti-colonial perspective. It fosters knowledge exchange between Africans on the continent and in the diaspora. These dynamic sessions promote community-building among thinkers, encouraging the formation of networks and reshaping narratives about African history and identity.
